How Radiant Heating Works
Traditional Radiators or convection heaters transfer heat at a much higher temperature than the space being heated. Air does not hold heat very well, it rises so most of the warmth ends up at ceiling level whilst the floor remains cool. It also disturbs the air creating a movement of dust and possible virus particles.
Radiant heating is concentrated where it is most needed for comfort and efficiency, heating the objects around it which then in turn also radiate heat.
Battery charges at night

during the day
Battery recharges at night
Simply put, your hybrid heating charges its batteries up overnight using cheap rate energy, then bursts into life in the morning and uses its batteries to efficiently heat your home during the day. The heating will also automatically switch to an A/C 240v supply if more heat is required during those extra cold days.
